Vatech Spain’s digital ecosystem needed a clearer, more future-proof online presence—one capable of supporting medical-tech communication, cross-market branding, and the constant activation of marketing campaigns.
I led the end-to-end UX/UI redesign of the corporate website, creating a more intuitive experience, a cohesive visual language, and a performant platform for Spain and Portugal. The project combined strategic brand thinking with hands-on UI craft, resulting in a modernised digital identity that feels cleaner, faster and more purposeful.

THE CHALLENGE
Improving clarity, brand consistency and marketing flexibility across two international markets.
Designing scalable product pages that balance complex technical information with clarity and conversion across devices.
Before the redesign, the website lacked a clear structure and narrative flow. Visual styles varied between pages, assets were heavy and slow, and marketing teams struggled to adapt landing pages for new campaigns or different markets.
User behaviour analysis revealed friction in navigation, inconsistent content hierarchy, and low clarity around product information—key elements for a technology-driven brand.

THE SOLUTION
My approach combined UX restructuring with high-end UI refinement. I designed a new information architecture focused on clarity and discoverability, developed modern UI components with stronger visual rhythm, and created flexible landing-page templates ready for fast campaign deployment.
From a strategic perspective, I aligned Spain and Portugal under a unified visual system while keeping local nuances intact. On the technical side, I optimised imagery, improved load behaviour, and collaborated closely with development to ensure performance standards were met across devices.
